Our Mission
To keep the spirit of adventure in the river, long after the waders have left it.
Upcycled Waders gives retired waders a second life, turning something that would otherwise be thrown away into useful, well-made products for people who love the outdoors.
But we’re about more than upcycling.
We’re building a community of River Rats — people who value the rivers they fish, the places they explore and the gear they use.
By choosing to reuse, repair and upcycle, we can keep good materials in circulation and reduce waste, one pair of waders at a time.
